Resources and general information to assist with research in the various areas of psychology.

Interlibrary Loan

Need a book or an article that we don't have? Complete the Interlibrary Loan request form at the link below and we'll request your item/s for you from another library. We generally receive articles within 24 hours, but books may take up to two weeks. Be sure to allow plenty of time!

Peer-Reviewed Articles

The peer-review process ensures the scholarly nature of a journal's contents. Peer-reviewed articles are sent to and reviewed by fellow scholars within that same field to determine if the article is scholarly and appropriate to that journal.

Publications such as Time, Fortune, and Newsweek are referred to as popular sources and don't include this peer-review process, but rather rely on the judgement of their editors as to the appropriateness of an article.
