The Department of Distance Education (Room 202) is located on the 2nd floor of the library in the southwest corner. Offices of Ken Craver, Shauna McCown, Tina Morrison, and Lynn Brooks are located here. Faculty have use of the computers in the DE lab for work and instruction. Apache Tutoring is located on the first floor of the library. Encourage your students to visit the Tutoring Center where they can receive free help from writing consultants on any writing assignment for any course, as well as for personal writing projects like creative writing, resumes and letters. Tutors are available to help your students with the rough draft of their research paper, learn how to brainstorm for ideas and how to format and cite sources using the MLA, APA, and Chicago/Turabian formats. The Tutoring Center offers one-to-one tutoring for most core courses.
