A Little Bit About Us

Reference Help - Leif Pierson or Madeleine Nittmo are Librarians with offices on the 1st floor. Nathan Stiles is on the 2nd floor.

Online Databases - Learn how to access and search the databases. See Leif Pierson, Madeleine Nittmo, or Nathan Stiles.

Wireless Network - Bring your laptop, tablet, or other device, and make use of our wireless library network.

Tutoring Center - Apache Tutoring, located on the first floor in the Apache Success Center, provides students with free help from writing consultants and tutors on any writing assignment, as well as for personal writing projects like creative writing, resumes, letters, etc.

Computers - Students have access to approximately 60 computers on both the library's first and second floors. The Technical Assistance Center is located on the first floor near the computers to help anyone needing assistance with printing, a password reset, access to the TJC wireless network, or software questions.

Computer Print Policy - TJC manages computer printing through a system called PaperCut, and students must set up an account before printing. There are two kiosks on the library's first floor where patrons can either insert cash or use their debit cards or credit cards to add money to their accounts. Check with the tech staff at the Technical Assistance Center for help. Print stations are located on both the library's first and second floors. At any print station, students can key in their A numbers and choose their print jobs to release for printing. Printing for black and white copies costs 10 cents per page and 75 cents for color copies.

Circulation Desk - Visit this desk to check books in or out, use reserve materials (in-library use), or clear a fine.

Fiction Books - Our collection of fiction titles, including Graphic Novels, Young Adult, and Manga, is on the 1st floor.
